Tasha’s planning department use Gantt charts, Microsoft project, Primavera 6 and Excel software to plan and produce weekly progress reports within the life cycle of a project. Once the project scope is defined they determine the duration for various tasks necessary to complete the project and therefore are able to determine the appropriate methods for completing the project within the agreed time frame.
